You do not need to know the name of the perfect facial before you call. Start with the result you want.

Some guests know exactly what facial they want. Others simply know that their skin feels dry, dull, congested, or in need of some extra care. Either approach is fine.

Start with your goal

When you contact the salon, describe what you would like to improve and whether you have any sensitivities or recent skin treatments that may matter. That gives the technician a better starting point than choosing only by a service name.

Consider your available time

An express service can make sense when your schedule is tight, while a longer facial may allow more time for a relaxing, complete experience. Ask about current options and timing when you call.

Ask before assuming
